[audio]Peut Etr - Asaguare
Alternative Pop, based on the love poem 'Aimée' by MiElle who also performs the spoken verses. I thought it was time for something French; it's such a lovely language to listen to, isn't it? Female voice, lyrics: MiElle

[audio]Szomorufuz - Asaguare
Ballad, based on the Hungarian poem 'Szomorúfüz', written by József Attila. The title means 'Weeping Willow'. Seems to be a melancholic poem - hence I used a decent instrumentation to make it a nicely flowing Folk style song. Vocals: lilkoo Lyrics: József Attila
Keywords: ballad; ethno; vocals; lyrics; song; hungarian; poem; poetry

[audio]Paysage - Asaguare
Chillout soundscape with embedded Baudelaire poem. Several months ago I wanted to read this poem myself, but then I found a nice female recording. So it's not my voice, but I've contributed a guitar melody in the intro part.

[audio]Maskerade - Asaguare
Wrote this poem in 1985 and made it a song a few years later. Recorded it in 2008, finally. It's about the old story of a cool guy who falls in love with a woman, but firstly doesn't show her too much feelings. Then comes the day when he changes, getting soft and emotional; yet too late... she already adopted his tough behaviour and went away, now her is the cool one.

[audio]Danse Macabre - Asaguare
Experimental Essay - spoken poem: 'Danse Macabre' by Charles Baudelaire. Found a nice recording of this Baudelaire-poem, read by a female French. Of course I had to process her performance via vocoder to make her kind of chant chords and match the musical background track (Saronni's version of 'colors shift'). I also inserted a couple of guitar melodies to create a bit more atmosphere.

[audio]Apotheose - Asaguare
Chilling poetry setting. Our grand master of surrealism not only brushed his canvas, he also found time to write. Here's one of his essays, read by himself, garnished with vocoder and some cute ambience. Vocals: Salvador Dalí (Apothéose du Dollar, 1967)
Keywords: ambient; vocals; lyrics; spoken; french; poem; poetry; chill; dali; vocoder
